Registration/Practice Information

Orpheus 'Nea Genia' Group - 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm (Thursday, Northbrook location only)
Members of the group shall consist of graduates of the Orpheus Youth Program or members of high school age that have obtained permission from the Orpheus directors to register for this group.
Members can remain in this group until they graduate from high school. All high school graduates shall then join the Orpheus Adult Group.

The 2011-2012 program will run from September 8, 2011 until May 17, 2012.

Orpheus Adult Group
Individuals can register any time ... no previous experience is required. Annual registration fee is $175 per person which is valid through the end of a calendar year.
Practices are held every Thursday except for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Summer break.

Note that if an adult member registers in the Fall then you have the option of registering for the remainder of the current year plus the next year for $200.

Beginner/Intermediate - 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Members with little or no previous dance experience (15 years and older)

Intermediate/Advanced - 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Dancers who have shown progress in the beginners' class can attend the last hour of practice. At the discretion of the instructors, the intermediate level dancers will be practicing in a separate line. In order to practice on their own and become accustomed to the music, all dancers, especially beginners, are encouraged to obtain a personal CD of the music used for practices/performances.
